PTA 05-01 - Rescheduling continued

The process of informing the petitioner of the rescheduled date at least 25 days before the hearing could include contact by telephone, FAX or email, either immediately upon the reschedule request, or upon deciding to reschedule. This contact should be considered additional notice without requiring any further action by the clerk. However, the answer in all cases will depend on the facts of each individual situation.
