VALUE ADJUSTMENT BOARD HEARINGS RESCHEDULED BY CLERK
This advisory bulletin addresses situations in which a VAB petitioner makes a request to reschedule a hearing pursuant to section 194.032, Florida Statutes. This bulletin also addresses rescheduling the hearing in situations under section 194.011(4), Florida Statutes as amended by Chapter 2004-349, section 1, Laws of Florida, effective January 1, 2005.                                          Next >>
