Palm Beach County Value Adjustment Board - Attorney E-mails Email 4 - how much of this cooperation between the supposedly neutral VAB and the property appraiser has gone on in prior years, without the knowledge and/or consent of taxpayers whose property tax appeals are opposed by the property appraiser?
Email 5 - according to legal experts in Tallahassee, the property appraiser will NOT be able to prevail in the action contemplated below, because there is no existing law requiring "additional regulations" of agents. Why does the property appraiser really want to interfere in the business relationships of agents and their clients? One theory is to reduce the numbers of petitions filed, even though the right to file petitions is a constitutional protection of his own constituents.
