Most people ask how CPS charges for our property
tax appeal services. The answer is: on contingency.
It is a respected tradition going back to the 1800s when the real

In compensation for being your agent, we ask
that you pay CPS an upfront non-refundable Service Fee of $150 PER
FOLIO, as well as a percentage of any tax reduction or credit we
attain for you. If there is no change in the total assessed value,
there is no other CPS charge. It's that simple. |

preserve enough hours and resources to give our existing clients our full attention. When
we are at full capacity, as occurs frequently, we may identify others
who may be able to assist in our place.
