The answer is - as compensation for CPS representation as your agent, our customary arrangement is on a contingency basis. You agree to pay CPS a non-refundable Service Fee of $100 PER FOLIO. You also will pay a percentage of any tax reduction or credit you receive. If there is no change in the assessed value, you will have NO other charges for CPS services.
