Through the office of the Clerk, the Florida Auditor General invited elected members of the Value Adjustment Board to attend their "exit interview" which was scheduled on May 18th. When the question - who was attending that meeting - was asked on May 17th, no one on the VAB answered.
Were they not told about the meeting?
Why would the Clerk fail to convey the invitation?
If told, why wouldn't a VAB member attend the meeting?
Don't VAB members want to know if their decisions comply with Florida law?
